Welcome! The LaunchPlayer is a sales video player. It doesn’t just show your video, it helps you sell: it keeps viewers watching, shows your buy button at exactly the right moment, and protects your video from being downloaded easily.
In the video I show you how it differs from YouTube and Vimeo and what awaits you in the member area.

Watch on YouTube ↗On the left you’ll find the menu, at the top the “Help videos” button with a search box, and on the right the language switcher. Under “My Players” you’ll find all your players, plus the tutorials and the bonus area.
At the bottom left, under your name, you open “My account”: there you change your name and password and see your V-ID. Your email address is greyed out because your purchases are linked to it. If you’d like to change it, send us a ticket and we’ll take care of it for you.

Watch on YouTube ↗The LaunchPlayer needs the address of your video file (MP4). A good place for it is a video storage service such as Bunny. In the video I show you step by step how to upload your video there and copy the right address, which you then paste into the generator.
Related searches: Bunny, upload video, host video, storage, MP4 address, video link, where to store, upload
Watch on YouTube ↗Open the generator and paste the address of your MP4 video. The preview loads right away. YouTube and Vimeo links don’t work, because the player needs the video file itself. Your video can be on your own web space or in a video storage service. Then you set a preview image, which is shown before the video starts.
Related searches: new player, generator, add video, MP4, YouTube link not working, Vimeo, preview image, thumbnail, start image, video error message
Watch on YouTube ↗In the generator you choose your accent color and your highlight color. The preview shows every change immediately. You can also adjust the texts in the player, for example the start button, “Click here for sound” and “Keep watching”, in a formal or informal tone, whatever suits you.
Related searches: change color, design, brand color, change text, labels, formal, informal, look
Watch on YouTube ↗With autoplay and teaser, your video starts muted when the page loads and repeats the beginning until the visitor turns the sound on. Sticky means: when the visitor scrolls down, the video stays visible in the corner and keeps playing. You also decide whether viewers see controls and may skip ahead.
Rule of thumb: no skipping on a sales page. In a course, anything goes.
Related searches: autoplay, start automatically, muted, teaser, sticky, follow, corner, scrolling, prevent skipping, hide controls, control bar
Watch on YouTube ↗When paused, your own pause image appears, and at the end your end image. If you like, the player then forwards automatically to your landing page, for example your order page. When someone comes back later, the player asks: keep watching or start over?
That way there is never a black screen and never other people’s videos at the end, only your next step.
Related searches: pause image, end image, end of video, redirect, landing page, order page, keep watching, resume, start over, black screen
Watch on YouTube ↗The buy button is the most important element. You set the text, the link to your order page and the second at which it appears. In the preview you can see that it shows up exactly at the second you set.
Related searches: buy button, button, call to action, CTA, order link, show, timing, second, form
Watch on YouTube ↗Yes. You can turn on a second button, for example “Learn more” in the middle and “Buy now” shortly before the end. For each button you enter when it appears and when it disappears again. If the times overlap, the player points it out to you.
Rule of thumb for timing: after the aha moment, before the end.
Related searches: second button, two buttons, timing, when to show, hide, overlap, time window
Watch on YouTube ↗Enter your Digistore24 ID as your partner ID. When someone right-clicks your video, instead of the browser menu the small notice “Powered by LaunchPlayer” appears, linked with your partner link. If someone buys through it, you receive the commission. No ID yet? Right below the field you’ll find the link “Become a partner for free”.
Related searches: partner ID, affiliate, Digistore24, commission, right click, Powered by, referral, become a partner
Watch on YouTube ↗Click “Save”, test your player once from start to finish in the preview, and then click “Copy code”. When “Copied!” appears, you have one single small snippet on your clipboard that fits on any website.
Related searches: save, preview, embed code, copy code, snippet, embed, test
Watch on YouTube ↗In the block editor, add a “Custom HTML” block, paste your code into it and save the page. Done, your player is running.
Related searches: WordPress, block, Custom HTML, Gutenberg, embed in page, post
Watch on YouTube ↗Any page or funnel tool with an HTML element accepts your code: add the element, paste the code, save. On a classic HTML page, you simply place the code where the player should appear.
Related searches: funnel, landing page, page builder, HTML element, code element, own website, HTML page, embed
Watch on YouTube ↗On a phone, viewers tap instead of click. One tap turns the sound on, and the buy button is big enough for a thumb. It’s best to test your page on your own phone once.
Related searches: phone, smartphone, mobile, tablet, iPhone, Android, no sound, tap, touch
Watch on YouTube ↗In the analytics you see views, watch time and clicks on your buy button. The drop-off curve shows you, down to the second, where viewers leave. That’s exactly where you start improving your video. The analytics work without cookies and anonymously.
This feature is part of the Premium Edition.
Related searches: analytics, statistics, numbers, views, watch time, drop-off, abandonment, viewers leaving, clicks, tracking
Watch on YouTube ↗With the A/B test you run two variants against each other, for example two different texts on the buy button. The player alternates automatically, and the analytics show you which variant gets clicked more often.
This feature is part of the Premium Edition.
Related searches: A/B test, AB test, split test, variants, two texts, compare, click rate, winner
Watch on YouTube ↗Choose a ready-made template, for example sales video, webinar recording, sales video with A/B test or course lesson. The generator is then already filled in, and you only add your video address. Under “My Players” you sort everything into folders, find it again and can duplicate players.
Related searches: template, folder, My Players, sort, duplicate, copy, find again, webinar replay, course
Watch on YouTube ↗In the menu under “Team” you invite team members and give them a role. As an agency you build players for your clients, and everyone only sees their own.

Watch on YouTube ↗The player has no download button and no right-click menu, so your video can’t simply be saved. There is no 100% protection anywhere, but we make it as hard as possible. Your video also plays without a third-party platform, without third-party ads and without other people’s recommendations at the end.
You can always find help under “Tutorials” in the member area and here in support. You’re never on your own.

Watch on YouTube ↗In short: TSY24 is your own white-label ticket system. The tour shows how the admin area is organized and the order to start in: install, branding, email, team, then your first tickets.
Welcome — you have got yourself a ticket system that works for you 24 hours a day. Every request, whether form, email or phone call, becomes a ticket with its own number. Nothing gets lost anymore.
Your system has two sides:
The path of a ticket in six steps: a request comes in → the customer immediately receives a receipt confirmation → your team is notified → someone replies → the customer's answer lands in the same ticket → you close the ticket (if the customer writes again later, it reopens by itself). Every step is recorded.
Related searches: introduction, getting started, tour, overview, support page, admin area, ticket workflow, how does TSY24 work, ticket system for beginners
Watch on YouTube ↗In short: Upload the ZIP file to your web space, unpack it and start the installer in your browser. Follow the steps to the end, then log in to the admin area.
You install your ticket system yourself, in five steps and without any programming knowledge:
Afterwards: delete install.php from the server for security reasons and sign in at your-domain/admin.
The license key is valid for exactly one domain. If something goes wrong, our support helps — and on request we do the installation for you.

Watch on YouTube ↗In short: Log in to the admin area and open My Profile. There you activate two-factor authentication (MFA) with an authenticator app. From then on you also need the code from the app when logging in.
The first login — and straight away the protection of your access. Two-factor authentication (MFA) is mandatory for everyone and cannot be switched off, because your customers' data is stored here.
If something does not work:

Watch on YouTube ↗In short: The menu on the left is split into Support (tickets), Content (FAQ, canned replies, customer reviews, incidents) and Administration (agents, departments, trash, audit, settings). A team member's role decides what they may see and change.
Your admin area: menu, four roles, view mode.
The menu on the left is divided into groups: Support (Tickets), Content (knowledge base, reply templates, customer reviews, incidents), Administration (agents, departments, trash, evidence), Settings (submenu) — at the very bottom help, profile, language, sign out.
The four roles:
You assign roles under Agents. With the view mode (bottom left in the menu) you see everything the way another role sees it; an orange bar shows the mode. Careful: write actions are still carried out — do not test on real tickets. "Back to owner" takes you back.
Related searches: roles, permissions, rights, admin, agent, menu, navigation, users, who can do what, team member role
Watch on YouTube ↗In short: Open Settings in the admin area. There you set logo, favicon, name and accent color. Your customers then only see your brand.
This is how you make the ticket system your own. Open Settings → General → Branding:
Every section has its own Save button — save in the right section! Afterwards your logo appears top left on the support page and automatically in your emails to customers.
Related searches: branding, logo, colors, favicon, design, name, accent color, appearance, white label, whitelabel, own brand
Watch on YouTube ↗In short: In Settings, store your legal texts (imprint, privacy policy) and your email signature. Also review the notes on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) so your support starts on solid legal ground.
You must fill in these details before your support page accepts requests. Open Settings → General → Legal:
If something is missing, the admin area shows the red bar "Frontend blocked" with a button to the missing details. This does not replace legal advice.
Related searches: GDPR, privacy, imprint, legal notice, legal texts, signature, cookie banner, tracking, provider identification, frontend locked
Watch on YouTube ↗In short: Enter your email details (sender and server) in Settings and send a test email. If it arrives, replies from the ticket system will reliably reach your customers.
This is how your emails reach the customer. Open Settings → General:
Email templates (Settings → Email templates): six templates, each in German, English and Spanish. You insert placeholders such as ticket number or customer name with one click. Important: leave the ticket number in square brackets in the subject — that is how the system knows which ticket a reply belongs to. With "Send test email" you check the result.
Related searches: send email, SMTP, sender, outgoing mail, test email, emails not arriving, spam, set up sending, notifications
Watch on YouTube ↗In short: Connect your support mailbox to TSY24 in Settings. New emails to that address are created as tickets automatically, so no customer request gets lost.
Emails that arrive at your address automatically become tickets. Open Settings → General → Mail inbox:
For emails to be fetched, a cron job (scheduled task) must call the displayed address every 5 minutes. Alternative that works with any provider: a forwarding rule from your existing mailbox — you do not have to store a password there.
If a customer replies with the ticket number in square brackets in the subject, the reply attaches to the existing ticket. Images and PDFs are taken over (up to 5 MB per file, 5 files per email).
Related searches: incoming mail, IMAP, POP3, mailbox, mail to ticket, email becomes ticket, app password, cron job, forwarding, support address
Watch on YouTube ↗In short: Under Agents you add team members and assign a role. Under Departments you define the areas tickets are sorted into. Priorities help you handle the important ones first.
A team and departments — so every request lands with the right person.
Agents (Administration → Agents): "Add agent" with name and email (required). If you leave the password empty, the system sends a secure start password that the team member must change on first login. Also role, language, assigned departments (an agent only sees tickets of their departments, super admins see all) and optionally working time tracking — only with written consent. Accounts are deactivated, removed or anonymized ("Former account"); the system decides what is possible, the evidence stays complete.
Departments (Administration → Departments): a compartment for requests, e.g. Technical, Billing or Sales. Choose icon (emoji), color and order, and maintain name and description in German, English and Spanish. "Active and visible in the form" means the customer can choose the department in the support form.

Watch on YouTube ↗In short: The ticket overview shows counters for Open, In progress, Waiting, Closed and Solved at the top. Search plus status, priority and department filters help you find any ticket quickly.
The ticket overview (menu: Tickets) is your starting point:
Answering a ticket: "Open" — the case on the left, your tools on the right. In the "Edit ticket" box you set status, priority, area and assignee. The internal note is only visible to your team, never to the customer. The reply goes out by email and is stored in the ticket; salutation, ticket number, subject, customer message and greeting are added by the system. You can insert and adjust a reply template.
Creating a ticket yourself (e.g. after a phone call): "New ticket" → channel (phone, WhatsApp, letter, in person, other email, other), customer data (name required; email or phone), area, priority, language, subject and request. With "Assign to me" you take it over, and the receipt confirmation goes out immediately.
Related searches: ticket overview, filter, status, open, closed, solved, waiting, search, sort, find tickets, dashboard
Watch on YouTube ↗In short: Open a ticket from the overview, write your reply and send it. With New ticket you create one yourself, for example for a request that came in by phone.

Watch on YouTube ↗In short: Under FAQ / Knowledge Base you create articles with a question and answer, assign them to a department and maintain them in several languages. You can add a help video simply by pasting a link. Customers find the answers through the search on the support page.
Many questions come up again and again. Answer them once — the customer finds the answer themselves before writing a ticket. You find it under Content → FAQ / Knowledge Base.
You write the answer like in a word processor (bold, italic, lists, links; HTML optional).
Related searches: knowledge base, FAQ, article, help article, self-service, search field, languages, embed video
Watch on YouTube ↗In short: Under Canned replies you save text blocks for frequent questions. In a ticket you insert them with one click and adjust them if needed. This saves time and keeps your answers consistent.
The same question again and again? Write the text once and insert it into any ticket with one click. You find them under Content → Reply templates.
Related searches: canned replies, text blocks, templates, reply templates, standard answers, macros, answer faster
Watch on YouTube ↗In short: Under Customer reviews you see the feedback customers give after a ticket. This shows how satisfied they are with your support so you can improve in a targeted way.
"How did you like our support?" — the system asks this automatically when a ticket is closed. You find it under Content → Customer reviews.
Three switches:
You change the text of the review email via the link to the email templates ("Review request after closing"), per language. At the top you see four numbers: average, count, visible, waiting for approval. You filter the list by all, waiting, visible or hidden and approve or hide reviews.
Related searches: customer reviews, rating, feedback, customer satisfaction, stars, review, testimonials, satisfaction
Watch on YouTube ↗In short: Deleted tickets first land in the trash and can be restored from there. The video also shows how to handle special cases such as unusual or duplicate tickets.
Not every ticket should stay forever — and some must not disappear.
Trash (Administration → Trash): this is where moved tickets are, hidden from the overview but with the complete history and restorable at any time. You move a ticket in the detail view at the bottom right with "Move to trash". Only the owner may delete permanently (detail view) — afterwards ticket, notes, attachments and history are irrevocably gone.
Keep for legal case: if a case is needed for a dispute, an authority request or an audit, you mark it with a reason (e.g. file number) via "Mark now". Then no deadline deletes it until you remove the mark.
Not a customer matter: not every message to the support address is a request, for example a supplier invoice. You must not delete such a ticket — instead choose a reason and "Mark as not a customer matter". The ticket is closed, no longer counts in the statistics, and no reply goes to the sender.
Related searches: trash, deleted, restore, deleted ticket, special cases, spam ticket, duplicate ticket, deleted by mistake
Watch on YouTube ↗In short: Regularly back up your files and your database, for example through your hosting. That way you can restore your latest state when it matters. The video shows what to look out for.
Your tickets, customers and settings are valuable — TSY24 backs them up automatically. Page: Settings → Backups.
Backups contain all customer keep downloaded files confidential and encrypted, ideally off-site.

Watch on YouTube ↗In short: The audit export shows who did what in the system. The security audit checks the security of your installation. With the customer data export you export one customer's data, for example for access requests.
Who did what and when — and what if a customer demands all their data? Three tools under Administration:
The export archive contains all personal treat it confidentially, send it only encrypted and directly to the customer, delete your local copy afterwards. The compliance role may read everything, but cannot trigger backups.

Watch on YouTube ↗In short: Under Incidents you record outages and emergencies. The register helps you narrow down errors and trace what happened, so you keep the overview even when something goes wrong.
Two tools for emergencies and for audits:
That way you can cleanly prove in audits under DORA and GDPR that you handle this professionally.

Watch on YouTube ↗In short: Open My Profile at the bottom of the left menu. There you change your details, set up two-factor authentication and choose the view mode.

Watch on YouTube ↗In short: Back up your data first, then upload the new update and follow the steps in the video. Afterwards quickly check that everything works as usual.
You install new versions yourself — with one click. You find the page in the menu at the end of the settings: it shows the installed version and the latest one reported by the license server. If both are equal, it says "You are on the latest version".
Updates never arrive cold: every version first runs for days in our own support system, then with a small beta group, and only after that for everyone else. By the time it reaches you, it has long proven itself.

Watch on YouTube ↗The fastest way is a ready-made webinar from the “Webinar Market”. Open it in the left-hand menu, pick a webinar and click “Take over”. Webinar Studio immediately creates your own webinar with its own link.
Important beforehand: enter your legal details under “Settings” (address, phone, email). Your imprint, privacy policy and the footer of your emails are created from them automatically. Without these details your registration page is not ready to go.
Title, dates, chat and emails are yours and can be changed freely. Only the video stays linked to the original, so you automatically get every improved version.

Watch on YouTube ↗On the left you will find the sidebar with all sections: “Webinars”, “Reminders”, “Statistics”, “Tutorials” and “Settings”. In your webinar overview you create a new one with “+ New webinar”.
Every webinar has the most important buttons: “Edit” opens the setup in three steps, “Chat & Offer” opens the chat and your order button, “Watch live” shows you a running session and “Duplicate” makes a full copy.
In “Settings” you manage your account: company name, logo, time zone, the sender name of your emails and your legal details.

Watch on YouTube ↗Switch on two-factor protection in the settings. You scan a code with an authenticator app on your phone. From then on you also enter a 6-digit code from the app when you log in.
After that Webinar Studio shows you your recovery codes. They appear only once. Write them down or print them and keep them safe. If you ever lose your phone, you can still get into your account with one of these codes. Each code works exactly once.
You change your password under “My access”. Forgot your password? Click “Forgot password?” on the login page. You will get a link that is valid for one hour.

Watch on YouTube ↗Click “+ New webinar”. The setup guides you through three steps. In step 1 you enter the title, choose the language of your webinar and write the description. There is a small word-processor-style editor for bold, lists, links and images.
Then you choose your registration page and its address. Several domains are available, pick the one that suits you.
Tip: In the description, write what your visitor will be able to do after the webinar, not which features your product has.
At the bottom, “Next” takes you to step 2.
Related searches: new webinar, create, set up, title, description, language, registration page, landing page, domain, address, link, step 1, insert image
Watch on YouTube ↗In step 2 you enter the address of your video (an MP4 address; with Bunny the video ID is enough). You also enter the length of the video and the offer minute: from this minute on, your order button appears in the webinar room.
Then the dates. You can set fixed weekly dates, for example every Tuesday at 8 pm. You can also offer your webinar at the next half hour at any time, so no visitor has to wait long. These dates exist only between 9 am and 9 pm in the visitor’s time, never in the middle of the night. That looks believable.
Finally, tick “active”. Only then is your registration page publicly reachable.

Watch on YouTube ↗In step 3 you find two tabs: “Before the webinar” and “After the webinar”. Webinar Studio sets up ready-made reminders in the language of your webinar, for example one day before, one hour before and at the start.
You can change, switch off or add any email. With placeholders such as {Vorname}, {Webinar}, {Termin} or {Raum} the emails become personal. You always write these placeholders in German, even in the English interface.
With “Send test email to me” you see every email in your own inbox beforehand. The emails then go out by themselves as soon as someone registers.

Watch on YouTube ↗Open “Chat & Offer” on your webinar. In the chat script you create messages that appear at a certain minute of the video. This way your room feels alive from the start. Your welcome message is pinned at the top of the chat.
With the offer button you set the text and link of your order button. When it appears, you set in step 2 with the offer minute.
There is also the WhatsApp contact: a “Write via WhatsApp” button in the room, chat and emails. You can set the number and the pre-filled text for each webinar yourself.
With {bestellen}, {whatsapp} and {handout} you build these buttons directly into your chat messages.
Related searches: chat, chat script, messages, welcome message, offer, order button, buy button, order link, WhatsApp, handout, download, placeholder
Watch on YouTube ↗Under “Settings” you find the “Backup target for unavailable webinars”. Enter the address of a page of your own there, for example your website or a waiting list.
If someone opens the link of a webinar that you switched off or that has no dates left, they are gently sent to this page. This way nobody ends up in a dead end and no visitor is lost.
If you leave the field empty, we send the visitor to our webinar platform with your Digistore ID. If they buy there, you earn with it. That is why it is worth entering your Digistore ID in your account.
Related searches: backup target, redirect, webinar switched off, no dates, webinar over, dead link, fallback page, Digistore ID, affiliate ID
Watch on YouTube ↗In step 2 you find several expandable sections below the dates.
“Look & room”: Here you choose whether your webinar room looks light or dark.
“Special dates”: With “Launch start on” nobody can enter the webinar before this point in time, even if you share the link earlier. With “Offer ends on” your webinar stops at a fixed point in time, and visitors are sent to your backup target. Ideal for promotions with a deadline.
“After the webinar”: With “Recording available (hours)” you set how long the link to the recording stays valid. In the recording you can pause and continue later, but not skip ahead.

Watch on YouTube ↗Under “Statistics” you see the whole path of your visitors: how many register, how many show up and how many click your offer. The retention rate shows how long viewers stay.
For the video test, open the section “Test two videos against each other” in step 2. There you enter a second video with its own length and its own offer minute. Each visitor randomly gets one of the two videos. The statistics show you which one sells better.

Watch on YouTube ↗Did someone send you a share link? Open “Import” on the left, paste the link and click “Import”. The finished webinar then sits in your account. Only the video stays with the provider, everything else you can adjust.
Under “Team” you invite helpers: choose a role, enter name, email and a starting password, done. The roles are, for example, “Webinar manager” (may edit webinars) or “Webinar moderator” (looks after chat and room). Each role sees exactly what it needs.

Watch on YouTube ↗This is a feature for professionals. Under “Connections” you connect Webinar Studio with your email or CRM program, for example KlickTipp, Quentn, ActiveCampaign, GetResponse, FunnelCockpit, GoHighLevel or WeSoMatic. Each program has its own step-by-step guide.
Why this matters: Webinar Studio deletes registrations again after the recording has ended. This keeps data use low. If you want to keep your contacts for good, you send them automatically to your own system with a connection.
If you do not need this, you can skip this video.

Watch on YouTube ↗Open your webinar and tick “Collect attendee voices and show them on the registration page” in step 1. Then add the placeholder {Stimme} to an email sent after the webinar. It turns into a button to the attendee’s personal voice page.
The voices appear on your registration page under “What our attendees say”. Under “Voices” in the sidebar you keep an overview: critical voices wait for your approval, everything else appears immediately.
With “Invite previous attendees” you also ask people for their voice who attended earlier.
For webinars from the Webinar Market, the provider collects the voices for you. You do not have to do anything there.
Related searches: voices, reviews, customer voices, testimonials, experiences, feedback, references, approval, collect voice, {Stimme}
Watch on YouTube ↗In step 1 you have three pages with three designs: “Text with image”, “Text only” (the registration opens in a window) and “Video”. With the preview you see each page the way your visitor sees it.
For the test, tick “in test” on every page that should take part. Visitors are then distributed evenly. Under “Statistics” you see which page brings more registrations. You simply switch off the weaker ones.

Watch on YouTube ↗On the “Chat & Offer” page you can pin several messages at the top of the chat. With a time window (from–to) each one appears only in its section, for example “Please check your speakers” right at the start.
With the “Chat lock times” you set when the chat is closed, for example during an important section. The times follow the position in the video. Messages already written stay visible, only writing is locked during this time. You can create several lock times.

Watch on YouTube ↗Open your webinar and go to the section “On your own website”. There you find two ready-made building blocks to copy:
You place the registration form at the spot on your page where visitors should sign up. The footer bar goes at the end of the page. It shows the next date with a countdown and opens the registration with one click.
Above the form you choose whether your page is light or dark. Everything then works exactly as on the Webinar Studio registration page: same dates, same emails, same recording.
For professionals only: under “Tracking & pixel” you can insert your own codes, for example the Facebook pixel or Google Analytics. You are responsible for these codes and for your visitors’ consent.

If there is a really good message, click “Add to script”. It then appears in every future webinar at exactly the second in which it was written. This way your chat script gets better with every webinar. You simply delete unsuitable messages.

Watch on YouTube ↗Open “Export” on the left, choose your webinar and create a share link. You give it to your team or partners. They take over the webinar with one click under “Import”. The video stays with you.
Beforehand you enter your complete legal details. For everyone who takes over your webinar, you appear as the author.
Planning a launch? Then set the “Launch start” in step 2 beforehand. Everyone who takes over your webinar gets this lock too. This way nobody starts before the big day.
You can only pass on your own webinars with your own video, not webinars from the Webinar Market.

Watch on YouTube ↗Webinar Studio is being developed continuously. The bell at the top right shows you every new feature. Important notices stay there until you dismiss them with “Understood”.
Under “Tutorials” you can find all help videos again at any time. And if you ever get stuck, you write us a ticket here in support. You are never alone with it.

Watch on YouTube ↗Webinar Studio plays your video, but it is stored with a video provider of your choice. In webinars many people watch at the same time. Many video platforms slow down or block videos during such peaks.
We recommend Bunny. You only pay for what you actually use, and the costs are very low. In the video I show you step by step how to upload your video to Bunny and get the address that you enter in step 2 of your webinar. With Bunny, even the video ID is enough there.
